If goods are received melted due to warm weather conditions please contact us to arrange for replacements to be sent. The damaged goods should be returned to us prior to replacements being sent. We reserve the right to delay shipping goods for up to 5 working days if high temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius are forecast.

Shipping
If you parcel does not arrive within 10 working days please contact us so that we can raise a claim with Royal Mail and re-issue your parcel. Unfortunately we cannot intervene until the 10 working days have passed.Safety and Usage Information
